"When my wife, Diane, and I decided to put our Cat Mountain home on the market, we chose Lazan Pargaman as our agent. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Her professionalism, commitment to client satisfaction and pleasant demeanor made her an excellent choice for us in every respect. Her sound advice and attention to detail ensured that the house showed well in both photographs and at prospective buyer showings. Her marketing strategy and advertising choices were excellent, she responded promptly to any needs, and made the sale of our home a smooth and successful one. We recommend her highly."

"We were living in Phoenix when I contacted Lazan to help us find a new home for our anticipated move to Austin. My husband was working in Canada, so I would be doing the house hunting alone. I was also pregnant with our first child. Lazan rose to the challenge without hesitation. She set up searches for homes based on our expressed needs and wishes and reserved an entire week to show me the homes she found. Her attention to our needs, her knowledge of the Austin real estate market and her stellar contacts made it possible for us to be under contract that very week!
Lazan’s assistance didn’t end with the contract closing. She always went that extra mile to take care of every detail to ensure that we were happy with our new home. We are forever grateful!.”
"We feel very fortunate to have worked with Lazan in buying our first home. Lazan was dependable and prompt, returned every email and phone call quickly, paid attention to detail and helped with any stressful situations along the way. She gave us hours of personalized attention, explained all of the issues to us and answered our many questions. Her knowledge of the Austin real estate market, experience and careful attention to our needs and concerns gave us a great sense of confidence throughout the process. In short, Lazan made the experience of buying our first home a very satisfying one. Thank you again, Lazan!"

"As a banker, I've worked with Lazan for many years on homes the bank represents in trusts and in other real estate financing issues. Lazan has listed and sold many homes for me over the years as well. Her knowledge, professionalism and efficiency in submitting financial information correctly and responding to requests quickly are truly impressive. She's at the top of her game as a realtor and is always a pleasure to work with."

As a third-generation Austinite, my roots in this wonderfully unique city run deep. I've watched it transition from the quiet university town it was 30 years ago to the bustling, dynamic city that it is today. Austin is rich in cultural diversity, economic opportunity and artistic expression. Yet despite its sophistication, a small town sense of community is still very much a part of our neighborhoods and daily lives.
I joined The Kinney Company in 2005. I knew right away that I wanted to be a part of this team. Their depth of knowledge not only of the real estate industry, but of the styles and construction techniques used in various properties is a specialty not often found in agents. And, their dedication to client satisfaction and to delivering outstanding service completed the equation for me.
In 2008, after company founder Teddy Kinney decided to retire, I assumed the role of broker. The Kinney Company has been a great fit for me. It's a small business where we strive to support each other and contribute much to our communities.
With more than 20 years' experience in residential real estate in the Austin area, my personal background includes building and remodeling houses, working in real estate law and public law, and studying interior design. I use this collective knowledge nearly every day in my work.
At home, with my husband, Bill (who practices "wills and estates" law), I have two young daughters who keep me busy and keep my creative energy flowing. Our home is in the Balcones Drive area of Central Austin, a home we thoroughly remodeled.
When I'm not working, you'll find me visiting the homes of the annual fall AIA Tour or spring Heritage Society tour, supporting the local Open Days Garden Tour of the National Garden Conservancy, and trying to be a good neighbor - helping where I can; filling in the gaps at school, in the neighborhood, or at community functions. It's a full life. It's a good life. It's a life in Austin after all.
